Five Army personnel went missing after a heavy rain-triggered flash flood washed away two shelters in Arunachal Pradesh's Dibang Valley district, while a major landslide at a road construction site in Upper Subansiri district claimed four lives, officials told news agency PTI on Saturday.

Both incidents took place on Friday evening, according to the state emergency operations centre.
