The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) surged by 7. 25 points to close at 2, 726. 49 points on Tuesday.  

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 0. 18 points to close at 472. 42 points.

A total of  14,924,302-unit shares of 343 companies were traded for Rs 1. 57 billion.

Meanwhile, Everest Colour Limited (ECL)​​​​​​​ was the top gainer today with its price surging by 14. 98 percent.

Likewise, 7% Nabil Debenture 2089 (NABILD2089) was the top loser as their price fell by 7. 44 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 68 trillion.
