Participants of the Young South Asian Leaders Initiative (YSALI) recently took part in a US-based workshop on entrepreneurship, innovation, and American excellence.
The program brought together emerging leaders from across South Asia for discussions, site visits, and exchanges with US entrepreneurs, policymakers, university representatives, and industry leaders.
Participants discussed how private sector leadership, research, and technology strengthen economies and global competitiveness.
During their visit to the US Department of State, the delegation met with Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy Sarah Rogers to learn more about how innovation and entrepreneurship drive economic growth and create opportunity.
They also visited leading US companies and innovation hubs, where they gained practical perspectives on business development, technology, and collaborative approaches to advancing entrepreneurship.
