Annapurna Media Network on Friday launched Sampurna, an AI-powered media super app developed in collaboration with AKIN.
Annapurna Media Network Chairman Captain Rameshwor Thapa, chief guest founding Vice-Chancellor of Kathmandu University Prof Dr Suresh Raj Sharma, special guest AKIN Chairman Suren J. Amarasekera and Press Council Chairman Umesh Shrestha among others were present on the occasion.
The ‘Sampurna’ super app was developed by incorporating the features and services that people use in their daily lives.
Built on artificial intelligence technology, the app provides users with the latest news along with real-time updates on gold and silver prices, foreign exchange rates, fuel prices, and weather conditions.
The platform also features daily, monthly, and yearly horoscopes, birth chart services, a Nepali calendar with Panchang and festival information
One can also note down the scheduled events in the calendar.
Users can also customize various features of the super app according to their preferences.
This app is Annapurna Media’s first digital platform of its kind in Nepal.
