The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) surged by 24. 57 points to close at 2, 651. 68 points on Tuesday.  

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 4. 33 points to close at 460. 61 points.

A total of  9,519,452-unit shares of 352  companies were traded for Rs 1. 53 billion.

Meanwhile,  Kalanga Hydro Limited (KAHL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 14. 99 percent.

Likewise, Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ANLB) was the top loser as their price fell by 13. 78 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 55 trillion.
