The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 5. 06 points to close at 2, 700. 47 points on Thursday.  

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 0. 77 points to close at 463. 66 points.

A total of  7,743,030-unit shares of 347 companies were traded for Rs 1. 55 billion.

Meanwhile, Appolo Hydropower Limited (APHL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 15. 00 percent.

Likewise, Global IME Balanced Fund-1 (GIBF1) was the top loser as their price fell by 4. 59 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 61 trillion.
