The government has directed the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration to implement the report of the High-Level Commission on the Investigation and Protection of Government and Public Land (Rawal Commission), 2052.

The decision was taken at a Cabinet meeting held on Friday, according to Minister for Education, Science and Technology and government spokesperson Sashmit Pokharel.

Similarly, the Cabinet also decided to extend the tenure of the Task Force Preparing the Constitution Amendment Discussion Paper, 2083 until July 16. 

In another decision, the government also decided to nominate Ramesh Kumar Dhital (Sindhupalchok) to the position of Chairperson of the Accounting Standards Board.
