Three dead in high school shooting in Philippines
Two students opened fired at a high school in central Philippines, leaving three of their peers dead and seven more wounded, police say, BBC reported.
The suspects, aged 14 and 15, are both in police custody. One was arrested soon after the shooting at the San Jose National High School in Tacloban city while the second later surrendered.
US and Iran conclude high-level talks in Switzerland, mediators say

Technical talks will continue for the rest of the week in the Qatari-owned Swiss mountain resort of Buergenstock, according to the statement, which was released by the Qatari foreign ministry.

Ramiro Valdes, one of Fidel Castro's earliest collaborators who was lauded at home as a hero of the Cuban revolution, has died at the age of 94, President Miguel Diaz-Canel said on social media on Sunday, Reuters reported.
The president did not provide a cause of death.
