The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 21. 15 points to close at 2, 663. 18 points on Tuesday. 

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 2. 66 points to close at 467. 96 points.

A total of 10,761,396-unit shares of 343 companies were traded for Rs 1. 54 billion.

Meanwhile,  Everest Colour Limited (ECL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 15. 00 percent.

Likewise,  Saptakoshi Development Bank Ltd (SAPDBL) was the top loser as their price fell by 13. 43 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 57 trillion.
