Judge Basudev Acharya has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Special Court.

A Cabinet meeting held on Wednesday made the decision to this effect. 

Similarly, the meeting has decided to appoint High Court Judge Dipendra Adhikari as the Chairperson of the Labor Court.
