The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) surged by 79. 74 points to close at 2, 677. 54 points on Friday.  

Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 11. 51 points to close at 468. 38 points.

A total of  10,389,077Aunit shares of 335  companies were traded for Rs 1. 55 billion.

Meanwhile,  Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited (SAIL) was the top gainer today with its price surging by 15. 00 percent.

Likewise, Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ANLB) was the top loser as their price fell by 15. 00 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 4. 60 trillion.
